What is the maximum group size for your tours? Our tours are designed for small and personalized groups. We accommodate groups of 1 to 8 people, to ensure a more enjoyable and personalized experience.
What are the tour experiences you offer in MedellÃn? We offer two unique tour experiences in MedellÃn: city tour: Discover the soul of Medellin on an e-bike ride through the city's most iconic landmarks, from Botero Square to the Creative District. Unleash your inner adventurer and experience the city like never before. food tour: Get a taste of Medellin's rich culinary scene with our E-bike Food Tour. From crispy arepas to sweet pastries and a cold glass of 'Pola', we'll take you on a mouth-watering adventure to some of the city's hidden gems.
What level of cycling ability is required to participate in your tours? Our tours require intermediate cycling abilities. Our e-bikes provide extra assistance, but riders should feel comfortable and confident riding on urban roads with moderate traffic and pedestrians.
Do you offer private tours? Yes, we offer private tours for any group size. We can customize the tour route, duration, and activities to suit your group's needs and preferences. Pickup service is available for private tours.
What is included in the price of the tour? The price of the tour includes your e-bike rental, a safety helmet, a knowledgeable and friendly guide who will lead the group and provide support along the way, insurance, snacks, and a rain jacket to keep you dry in case of rain.
Do you ride on dedicated bicycle lanes? Yes, we ride on exclusive bicycle lanes 95% of the time, which is safer and more comfortable for our riders. Our guides will provide directions and ensure that the group stays safe during the ride.
What is the experience like on your tours? Our experiences are designed to be safe, sustainable, and fun. We prioritize your safety and enjoyment, while also respecting the environment and the communities we visit.
What is the minimum age requirement to participate in your tours? For safety reasons, kids younger than 12 years old are not permitted to join our tours. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you have baby seats available? Unfortunately, we do not have baby seats available for our e-bikes.
Where is the meeting point for your tours? Our meeting point is at NOI coworking, located in ciudad del rÃo, close to El Poblado area. Our host will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point, ready to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable e-bike tour experience.
Is activity insurance included for all riders? Yes, we include activity insurance for all riders in the price of the tour. This provides added peace of mind and protection during your tour.
